Kundalini Revive & Sound Healing 9th April

Come and join me for this small and intimate group Kundalini and Sound Healing event.

This 2-hour event will be capped at 6 participants (men & women).

The event will include breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, Kundalini Revive Energy Work and sound healing. The energy transmission usually last for around 60 minutes. 

What is Kundalini Revive?

Kundalini Revive is a transformative energy transmission that goes beyond conventional methods to open space within your energetic body, releasing stagnant or dense energy that no longer serves you. During a Kundalini Revive session, the group experiences a collective rise in energy, promoting emotional release, spiritual growth, and overall well-being.

Everyone feels the energy in different ways. Some will feel an energetic experience (feeling the energy running through your body, hot / cold), visual experience (activation of third eye, seeing lights, auras etc), emotional experience (emotions being brought to the surface), kinesthetic experience (desire to move the body, shake etc) or a state of bliss. Some may not feel much of anything. The energy always gives you what you need, not what you want. 

* This group event is for those drawn to energy work, spiritual healing and those that have an open mind. 

This style of energy work is not recommended for people with the following conditions -

- Not recommended if you have / had schizophrenia

- Not recommended if you are 3+ months pregnant

- Not recommended if you have heart diseases or if you have a pacemaker
