Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is described as a powerful, dormant energy believed to reside at the base of the spine. In yogic philosophy, this energy is said to represent the primal life force that connects us to the universe. Kundalini yoga is an ancient and transformative practice designed to activate this powerful energy through a combination of dynamic movement (kriyās), breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma), meditation, and chanting of mantras.
The practice
In this session, we will tap into the powerful energy of the full moon, a time traditionally associated with release and renewal. The full moon serves as a potent catalyst for letting go of stagnant energy, emotional blockages, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. By incorporating breathwork, movement, and meditation, the practice allows you to connect with yourself and tap into your inner power. All levels are welcome.
About Filomena Innella
My journey into yoga began as a personal exploration of healing, leading me to a transformative trip to India. There, I had the privilege of learning Kundalini yoga practices from Himalayan masters, which deepened my understanding of the profound effects of breath, movement, and meditation on the body and mind.
Inspired by that experience, I came back with a desire to introduce these powerful practices to others. As a certified yoga instructor, I create a supportive space for students to explore their unique journeys, encouraging self-discovery and inviting them to embrace the present moment fully.
