Join us for a energising 90-minute journey combining Kundalini Yoga and immersive Sound Healing to help you relax, release, and realign.

This evening is designed for all levels – no previous yoga experience needed.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and meditative practice that uses breathwork, movement, mantra, and stillness to awaken inner energy and bring balance to the nervous system. It’s unlike other forms of yoga in that it focuses less on poses and more on how you feel – from the inside out.

After 45 minutes of guided Kundalini Yoga, you’ll be invited to settle into a deeply restful state as you are bathed in the healing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. This 45-minute Sound Healing session is designed to calm the mind, soothe the body, and support deep energetic release.
