Kura Reo Hangarau 2026

Kura Reo Hangarau is a one-day online wānanga designed to help our hapori kōrero Māori in a safe and supportive space. This is a rumaki (immersion) setting to let the reo flow! Our classes are hangarau-focused to support you in your mahi.

Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re just starting out or confident in your reo - kaua e whakamā! We’ve got a rōpū just for you.

💻 Platform: Huitopa / Zoom

🗣️ Topics: practical tools and fresh perspectives to strengthen te reo in everyday and work contexts, including kupu hangarau, language planning, and crafting mihi

🎟️ Cost: $50 per person

Building on the previous two years, we will continue practical kōrero about technology and te ao matihiko (the digital world) and accessing online tools for everyday use. Kura Reo Hangarau is made with tautoko from Te Mātāwai. Ka nui te mihi ki a koutou!
