Established in 1894, Kyneton Horticultural Society is one of Australia’s oldest horticultural clubs. We welcome all members of the community with a passion for gardening whether it be for flowers or food.

Hosting monthly speaker nights, events and access to exclusive member benefits. The society has something for all levels of passion, no matter the style or size of garden.

Membership includes:
- a welcome pack including bimonthly newsletter and journal
- exclusive guest speaker nights
- access to expert advice and support through the vast and notable membership base
- exclusive discounts to local nurseries and businesses
- members only events and specials
- invitations to private gardens, not otherwise open to the public

- you’ll be supporting the greening of spaces through the Kyneton and district through our Wicked Weeders and Stationeers programs


Annual membership fees are payable on or after 1 April annually. While you can purchase membership here, we also offer it at the door of our speaker nights.

Speaker nights occur every third Monday of the month, 7pm at Kyneton Football Netball Club rooms, Kyneton Showgrounds, Mollison Street, Kyneton
