La Once
Description
La Once is a Chilean-inspired gathering created around a simple idea: good food brings people together.
Join us for a relaxed afternoon around the table at Meadowood Community Centre. Come with a friend, your family, or simply come as you are. You don’t need to be Chilean — everyone is welcome.
We’ll share some of the flavours and traditions behind La Once, with good food, conversation and a chance to connect with others in a warm and welcoming setting.
On the table:
Churrascas (a Chilean-style bread with a selection of sweet and savoury toppings)
Lemon pie
Queque (Chilean-style loaf cake).
Tea and coffee.
