La Trobe Sport Bendigo Holiday Camp (Age 6+) - Spring 2025

Looking for something fun for the kids to do during the school holidays?

Come and join La Trobe Sport School Holiday Camp these Winter holidays and experience a mixture of games, sport, fun-filled activities at the La Trobe Sport Centre in Bendigo!

SPORT ONLY CAMP (Age 6+)

This program is suitable for children aged between 6-12. This is an active program, of Sport related activities for the duration of the day. To ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience, we recommend that only children with a genuine interest in sport and physical activity are enrolled in this program.

We offer a fun filled program with limited participant numbers to maintain a high staff to child ratio.

COST:

Early Bird (available until Wednesday August 27th): $55.00
Single child for one day (8:30am-4:00pm): $60.00

2 -Day Packages: (1 x ticket for two days)

• Early Bird - $100

• General Admission - $110

DATES AND TIMES: 
The program operates with full day supervision from 9:00am - 4:00pm with optional early drop off from 8:30am.

- Program Day: 9:00am - 4:00pm

- Drop off between 8:30am - 9am 

- Pick up between 3:30pm - 4pm (Please note late pick-ups may incur a fee)

This Winter we have FOUR dates in September & October: 

Week 1: Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th September

Week 2: Tuesday 30th of September, Wednesday 1st October

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Please note we require documentation to be submitted for any participants with allergies, anaphylaxis, or those who require any medication to be administered during the program (e.g. Ritalin, Ventolin). Please refer to our website for instructions.

BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT:

To ensure every child has a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience at our Program, it is important that we are aware of any behavioural, developmental, or neurodiverse needs prior to attendance.

Parents/guardians are required to:

• Inform staff of any relevant conditions and disclose in checkout questions (e.g. ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, behavioural concerns).

• Provide a current behavioural support or management plan.

This information helps our staff prepare appropriate strategies to support your child and create a positive environment for all participants.

Please note: If a behavioural support plan or relevant information is not provided, your child may be unable to attend the program on that day.

EXAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:

Below we have a sample schedule of what a day at our program looks like! Please note this is simply an example and the exact timings or activities are subject to change. Additionally, the sports and activities available at our program rotate and may change without notice due to weather, staff or facility availability.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Children must be able to independently toilet themselves.

REFUNDS, CREDITS & CANCELLATIONS:

• Please help protect our staff and other children, do not bring your child to the program if they are sick or have cold and flu like symptoms. 

• Please note a refund or credit will not be provided for change of mind requests or half day attendance. 

• If your child is sick and unable to attend the full program, you will be issued a credit to a future holiday program of equal or lesser value if a medical certificate is supplied.

• If La Trobe Sport is forced to cancel this event due to extenuating circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

• If a refund is provided for extenuating circumstances, it will be less the Humanitix booking fee.
