La Trobe Sport Bendigo Sport Holiday Camp (Age 6+) - Summer 2025

Looking for something fun for the kids to do during the school holidays?

Come and join the La Trobe Sport Holiday Camp and experience a mixture of games, sport, fun-filled activities at the La Trobe Sport Centre in Bendigo! 

SPORT ONLY PROGRAM (Age 6+)

This program is suitable for children aged between 6-12. This is an active program, of Sport related activities for the duration of the day. To ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience, we recommend that only children with a genuine interest in sport and physical activity are enrolled in this program.

COST:

Single child for one day (8:30am-4:00pm): $60.00

Early Bird (available until Friday 20th December): $55.00

3 Day Package (1 package per child): $162.00 

DATES AND TIMES: 

The program runs 8.30am - 4:00pm:

- Drop off between 8:30am - 9am 

- Pick up between 3:30pm - 4pm (Please note late pick-ups may incur a fee)

This Summer we have THREE dates: 

- Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd & Thursday 23rd of January

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

Please note we require documentation to be submitted for any participants with allergies, anaphylaxis, or those who require any medication to be administered during the program (e.g. Ritalin, Ventolin). Please refer to our website for instructions.

BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT:

In regard to children with behavioural conditions, we require these to be communicated to staff prior or on the day by parents or guardians. We also require specific behavioural support plans to assist our staff in behaviour management. Failure to provide a behavioural support plan or communicate any additional needs, will result your child being unable to attend the program on that specific day.

EXAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:

Below we have a sample schedule of what a day at our program looks like! Please note this is simply an example and the exact timings or activities are subject to change. Additionally, the sports and activities available at our program rotate and may change without notice due to weather, staff or facility availability. 

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Children must be able to independently toilet themselves. 

REFUNDS, CREDITS & CANCELLATIONS:

• Please help protect our staff and other children, do not bring your child to the program if they are sick or have cold and flu like symptoms. 
• Please note a refund or credit will not be provided for change of mind requests or half day attendance. 
• If your child is sick and unable to attend the full program, you will be issued a credit to a future holiday program of equal or lesser value if a medical certificate is supplied.
• If La Trobe Sport is forced to cancel this event due to extenuating circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
• If a refund is provided for extenuating circumstances, it will be less the Humanitix booking fee.
