La Trobe Sustainability Strategy - Dinner and a Twilight Tour
Event description
Sustainability Strategy 2025-2055, La Trobe University
As part of our commitment to corporate responsibility and environmental stewardship, La Trobe University is developing a 30-year Sustainability Strategy and are seeking community input.
Join us for a plant-based dinner and engage with La Trobe's sustainability team about the university's Sustainability Strategy. You will have the opportunity to learn what the university is currently doing and provide feedback and ideas on what you'd like to see implemented in terms of sustainability on campus.
The engagement session is followed by a twilight tour of the Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary! A Sanctuary guide will walk with your group and use spotlights to search for some of our night-time creatures. They will also discuss the history of the Sanctuary and the animals that live within its fence.
Dinner will be held in the Learning Centre at Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary. The Learning Centre can be found by following the path to the right upon entry,
Note: this event is to support the development of La Trobe University's 30-year Sustainability Strategy, we kindly ask you to complete our survey beforehand. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and it will help prioritise initiatives and ensure that the university's sustainability efforts align with the needs and expectations of our community.
