Labyrinths and Wellbeing
Event description
Labyrinths and Wellbeing
The Australian Labyrinth Network is inviting you to an exciting event to discover how labyrinths can enhance wellbeing.
Learn a tool that is easy to apply to yourself, your clients or community.
We’re offering a 2 hour seminar showcasing labyrinths in three domains where wellbeing is urgently needed: community, personal, and young people’s mental health. This seminar will be of interest to health professionals, carers, teachers, meditators or anyone in a health-related profession.
The seminar will be followed by a walk on the labyrinth at Westmead Children's Hospital, or an online walk for zoom attendees.
Labyrinths are easy to use, and there are already hundreds scattered throughout Australia. They can be used at any age, fitness or mobility level.
