Be guided through a gentle slow flow yoga class with Kat from Kathryn Chivers Yoga.

Paint your very own take-home piece of canvas artwork with Nic from Pinot & Painting. 

Fuel up on delicious food prepared by the chef. 

Kick back and relax in a sound healing session with Kat's crystal bowls, tongue drum, gong, Koshi chimes, and more. 

Go home feeling happy, proud and relaxed! 

All materials for your art class will be provided, but please BYO yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and anything else you need to make yourself warm and snuggly.
