There will also be silent auctions and music throughout the day.

This year, we’re proud to be fundraising for Baskets of Blessing, a wonderful local charity supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments.

About the Charity We’re Supporting

Baskets of Blessing is a volunteer-powered Queenstown charity that provides personalised gift baskets, nutritious frozen meals and food packs to locals experiencing illness, loss, financial hardship or other unexpected challenges.

Through practical support and thoughtful gestures, its volunteers help remind people across our community that they are cared for and not alone.

All funds raised on the day will go directly towards helping Baskets of Blessing continue its incredible work throughout our community.

Event Details

Tables are arranged in a communal style, so you may be seated at a large table with other guests. To ensure your group is seated together, please book your tickets as one group.

Lunch Menu

Served to share:

• Fire-roasted bread with olive oil and balsamic
• Marinated olives
• Mallorcan hummus, duck liver parfait or taramasalata
• Goat’s cheese croquettes with honey and toasted almonds

Main dishes:

• BBQ’d free-range chicken with preserved lemon polenta, hibiscus harissa and spring onion
• Market fish with sofrito, mussels, confit potatoes, fennel salad and salsa macha

Sides:

• Leafy greens with pepitas, sprouts, broccoli and chardonnay vinaigrette
• Patatas bravas with roasted onion and rosemary salsa

A vegetarian option is available. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when booking.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

This year, we are looking to increase our charitable donation to our extremely worthy cause. Baskets of Blessings are looking to streamline their operation to allow their amazing volunteers to better help the community so they are using all resources for funding the improvements. 

Because of this, we are opening up some sponsorship opportunities. This could be your company, employer, or under your individual name cause you are awesome and you want to contribute. Please see below the levels of sponsorship. 

Table sponsorship. These are in 2 tiers.

Medium (6-8 people) $170

Large (10-12 people) $200

For this level of sponsorship, you will receive the following;

• Your name/business name and logo displayed on the table. 

• The ability to display a flag/sign in the Soda foyer on the day of the lunch. 

• Individual social media shout-outs.

• Special thanks on the day, over the microphone and in the sponsors' thank-you in the goodie bags. 

• Reach all 140 attendees directly! Supply 140 branded items, vouchers, or pampering treats, and we’ll pop one straight into every single attendee's goodie bag for them to take home.
