Caroline has a tremendous passion for creating strong employee engagement and designing training solutions that deliver excellent, consistent customer service. She partners with the International WOW! Awards to promote and assist with managing the employee recognition program in Australia, and to complement my training program. She is also a gun at working with businesses and individuals to identify awards programs and categories to showcase their achievements and prepares submissions that catch the eyes of the judges.

Having run a business for 17 years, spoken on local and international stages, run workshops and built several networking groups in Brisbane, Michelle is well connected to put the right people and the right energy in the room to make this a great success.
