Have your say about the land acquisition process
On behalf of the NSW Government, the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure is carrying out a review of how the government acquires land for essential public infrastructure in NSW.
The department has released a discussion paper outlining recommendations to strengthen the government's land acquisition processes.
You are invited to join the Land Acquisition Review team at community information sessions. Each session will commence with a short presentation about the Land Acquisition Review, followed by opportunity to speak with the team.
