Landcare Employer Support Program Webinars

This program is intended for employers and managers working with community landcare organistions, including those supporting VLFP funded facilitators. The program aims to equip employers and managers with the additional information and knowledge to support their roles in hosting Landcare Facilitators and professionals. The program will include topics related to various components of an employee’s lifecycle.

There will be four webinars delivered through the program: 1. Recruitment, 2. Onboarding and Management, 3. Development and Retention, and 4. Transition and Offboarding. Webinars will be delivered online, recorded and shared publicly on the Landcare Victoria website.
