Craving a regular space to tune in to your body and being and find out what’s moving beneath the surface?

Join us in this new series of Thursday morning sessions in Term 2 as we explore the beautiful terrain of Open Floor movement practice.

Together we’ll move, rest, explore and connect – with ourselves and each other.

Come to one or all sessions. All welcome, no prior experience required.

Open Floor is a guided free form movement meditation practice. Come exactly as you are - there are no steps to learn and nothing to get right or wrong. All bodies 16+ and all abilities welcome. Gorgeous music and good company guaranteed.
