Join us on Friday, November 14th for an unforgettable evening of fine food and wine in collaboration with Lark Hill.
Indulge in a beautifully curated four-course dinner by Head Chef Ian, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Lark Hill. Throughout the evening, winemaker Chris Carpenter will share stories and insights into the vineyard’s journey, philosophy, and the unique character of each pairing.
Founded in 1978 by Sue and Dave Carpenter, Lark Hill sits high on the escarpment above Bungendore—just 30km northeast of Canberra. At 860m elevation, it’s one of the highest vineyards in the Canberra District, where cold climate and shallow shale-over-clay soils shape the distinctive profile of their wines. With an average annual rainfall of 600mm, Lark Hill continues to produce elegant, expressive wines that reflect their remarkable terroir.
