Description

From the millennium to this brave new world and from Y2K to Deep Fakes – Fremantle’s favourite crime writers David Whish-Wilson and Alan Carter are set to bring your worst nightmares from the page to the stage.

Alan Carter and David Whish-Wilson are both best-selling authors and the creators of some of the most popular characters in contemporary Australian crime fiction. They’re also pretty good mates, which is ironic since their new novels share the guts and grit of men in groups behaving badly.

The pair will share the stage and their latest novels at the Republic of Fremantle on Wednesday 14 October. Join us to celebrate the release of Free World (David Whish-Wilson) and Last Bastion (Alan Carter).

Things to note:
- This is a free event but bookings are recommended.
- A cash bar will be available.
- Come early and enjoy a meal at Da Napoli Pizzeria.
- Books will be available to purchase on the night.
