Join us for 'La Table Brasserie', a one-night-only celebration of French brasserie classics at The Chandlery.
Hosted in our intimate dining room by the bay, this immersive dinner features a four-course shared menu by chef Daniel Southern (ex Bar Margaux, Smith St Bistrot, Comme Kitchen), celebrating the warmth and generosity of the great French Brasserie.
Each course served with wines poured by Sommelier Mark Protheroe who will be present to give insights into the regions, varietals, and winemakers that have shaped France’s legacy in the world of wine.

📍 Location: The Chandlery, 67 Beach St, Port Melbourne VIC
🎟️ Tickets: $160 per person. All inclusive
Seating and dining style? This event will begin downstairs with first wine and snacks served standing giving you a chance to mingle and hear from Daniel and Mark.
We then move upstairs for dinner to be served on long communal tables with shared plated dishes.
We encourage you to say hi, connect and share a glass of wine with your seated neighbour however there is no pressure and plenty of space to roam around, enjoy a view out over the bay and hang out in the venue between courses.
