Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is given that the 175th AGM of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce Inc. will be held at the Launceston Chamber of Commerce Board Room (Hybrid) at 4:30pm on Thursday 17 October 2024.

Business

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2023 AGM

2. To resolve to adopt the amendments to the Constitution, as a special resolution, details of which will be published to the members at least 7 days prior to the meeting

3. To adopt the 2023/24 Annual Report and Statement of Accounts

4. To elect four members to the Board

5. To appoint an auditor

6. Any other business of which due notice shall be given

Please note that only financial members can attend and vote at the AGM. Please contact accounts@lcc.asn.au to confirm you are a financial member.
