Notice is given of the 176th Annual General Meeting of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce Inc., to be held on:

Thursday 16 October 2025 4:00pm Launceston Chamber Boardroom and Teams

At the AGM, members will consider:

· Confirmation of minutes from the 2024 AGM

· Adoption of proposed constitutional amendments (see attached Explanatory Note and marked Constitution)

· Adoption of the 2024/25 Annual Report and Statement of Accounts

· Election of four Board members

· Appointment of the Auditor

· Any other business notified in advance

Important: Only financial members may attend and vote. For corporate members, please complete the Notice of Authorised Representative form (page 2 of the Notice of AGM). Please return this form by email to alina@lcc.asn.au before the AGM or bring it with you on the day.
