  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

As the LFS is moving onto an smart phone app where members details are stored within this app,members cards will not need to be replaced if they are lost or worn out. Your member number that is currently on the card still stays your number in the new system.
