Enrolment Terms:
Cancellations of up to 14 working days before the scheduled date will be accepted without penalty.
Cancellations less than 14 working days may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
THTA reserves the right to cancel a course up to 7 days prior to the course date if insufficient registrations are received.
THTA and/or its delivery partners reserve the right to refuse entry to courses when payment has not yet been received and confirmed via email by THTA.
Any fees paid for courses cancelled by THTA will be refunded in full.
All of our courses are subject to minimum paid participant numbers.
A course will only go ahead should these minimum numbers be reached.
Once numbers have been reached, you will be notified via email and text message.
Further detailed course information will be sent to you 7 days prior to the course date.
Should a course not reach minimum numbers your enrolment will be moved to the next course date, should this date not be suitable a full refund will be issued.
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend a course, please contact courses@thtacademy.org.au
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your certificate via email.

Yes! All Introduction to Barista Skills courses are available to those under 16 years old, due to insurance requirements however, participants must be accompanied by a full fee-paying parent/guardian.
Yes! You must be 15 years of age to enrol in the Responsible Service of Alcohol course noting as per the Department of Treasury (Liquor and Gaming) guidelines, you must be 16 years or older to serve alcohol on licensed premises.
We do also require parent/guardian signed permission to undertake the course.
