Launceston Reframing Palliative Care: Seniors Month Event
93 Cimitiere St
Launceston TAS, Australia
Description
Join us for an informative and welcoming session exploring how palliative care can improve quality of life, the importance of having meaningful conversations, planning ahead, Advance Care Directives, and managing symptoms.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions in a supportive environment.
During the session, you’ll be invited to take part in a relaxing 1000 Hearts stitching activity, helping create small handmade hearts that share kindness and comfort with people experiencing difficult times. No sewing experience is needed.
