Join Us for the Launch of the Social Enterprise Research Network (SERN), a new Enabling Impact Platform (EIP) Network

Celebrate the official launch of the Social Enterprise Research Network (SERN), a new initiative led by Dr Jon Hewitt and Dr Melissa Wheeler designed to foster collaboration and advance impactful research in the social enterprise sector. The event will feature a panel discussion with leading researchers and practitioners working at the forefront of social innovation, with an introduction by Professor Anne-Laure Mention (Global Business Innovation EIP Director).

Moderated by Professor Cameron Duff, the panel will include Dr Harriette Richards (School of Fashion and Textiles), Dewi Cooke (The Social Studio), Ishani Chattopadhyay (SENVIC), Dr Ancy Gamage (School of Management) and Professor Swee Mak (Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor of Research and Innovation). Together, they will explore key themes such as ethical marketing, leadership for impact, and cross-sector collaboration. 

With light refreshments provided and opportunities for networking, this event will bring together diverse voices from academia, industry, and the community to spark new ideas and build momentum for positive change.
