Lavender Fields Flow

Yoga. Lavender. Coffee.

Roll out your mat in between the lavender fields. Move slow. Breathe deep. Let the morning light and the smell of lavender do the rest.

No studio walls. No mirrors. Just you, your mat, and rows of purple stretching out around you.

Laura Kagan guides you through a gentle flow as the Peninsula wakes up. After class, wander over to the Lavender Cafe for a coffee on us.

This is yoga the way it's meant to feel. Grounded. Unhurried. Outside.

Held at Red Hill Lavendar Farm, Mornington Peninsula.
