Lavender + Quartz Healing Ceremony

In this month's plant circle we'll be doing something special for the dawning of the New Year.

In October, we sat with the spirit of Lavender, and she very clearly detailed to me a ceremony to support the blessing and honoring of the Earth with the help of the clear quartz crystal. She instructed me to do it sometime in early January, after enough light had returned from Winter Solstice, but the energy of Earth was still deep in the seed stage of the life cycle.  

So for this month's circle we will be doing this ceremony! We'll commune with the spirit of lavender via the plant tincture, and I'll guide us in a collective ceremony to program healing intentions into the earth with the help of the spirit of Quartz.

You'll also have an opportunity to charge your personal intentions into physical quartz crystals, and plant them in the Earth after the ceremony. I'll have 1 small quartz crystal for each participant, but feel free to bring as many as you'd like- the more the better! That way they can be planted all over, or be amplified in a crystal grid. 

This is a watercolor my dear friend Becca Ellis King (who illustrated my Sacred Seasons Guidebooks) gifted to me on my birthday after I had described my vision from Lavender to her. 

IN THIS CEREMONY WE WILL:

*Create sacred space together

*Commune with the spirit of Lavender

*Amplify our blessings and healing intentions for Earth together in community with the support of Quartz

*Charge our personal intentions for the year into physical quartz crystals

YOU'LL RECEIVE:

*1 small clear quartz crystal

*A small print out of Becca's watercolor

PLEASE BRING:

*A journal

*As many quartz crystals as you'd like to charge with your intentions (that you can bury in the earth after the ceremony if you'd like)

*An offering for the central altar (that you'll get to take back home with you)

Sliding scale $25-$45.

Amy Terepka is a bodyworker, earth medicine practitioner, priestess, writer, and teacher in Portland, OR. She has has been a student of the plants for close to 20 years, and has held ceremony and taught plant spirit medicine for the past 12 yrs.
