Event description
The Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate has stated she will not be approving classes that only teach the new forms. There are 20 new or update forms being released August 1. Some are minor updates to be in compliance with the settlement. Some are fully new forms.
This class will review an agent's duties to the clients, new required business practices and will include a discussion of some of the new forms.
