Event description

In this Law for Non-Lawyers session, Legal Aid ACT’s lawyer and Youth Law Centre Coordinator Jalene Teo will speak about a topic hot amongst the youths today – Vapes.

Join us to debunk myths around vapes, learn about current vape legislation and the environmental impact vapes have. We will also briefly touch on what support the Youth Law Centre can provide for young people in the community, and upcoming Law For Non-Lawyer sessions we have planned for 2025. Don’t forget to have your mobile phones ready as we will be using an interactive live-polling system throughout the presentation.

If you are a community worker who works with young people, this information session may especially be useful for your clients - please feel free to share this event with them!

This is both an in-person and online information session. The information session will take place in-person at the Legal Aid ACT Office.
