🎬 Experience the Power of Storytelling: TINĀ – A Community Film Screening & Cultural Celebration
Hosted by Le Moana Pasifika Resource Hub Inc. in collaboration with Mt Druitt Ethnic Communities Agency (MECA)
Le Moana Pasifika Resource Hub Inc., in proud partnership with MECA, invites you to a special community screening of the critically acclaimed film TINĀ. This event offers a meaningful opportunity for our diverse multicultural communities across Mt Druitt and Western Sydney to come together and engage with a powerful, heartfelt story that captures the resilience, identity, and lived experiences of our Pasifika people.

3pm - Tinā film ticketing & entrance

Prizes for the best dressed in traditional or cultural attire.

Fun and inclusive activities for mothers (Tinā) and the whole family.
🎤 Following the 3pm screening, we will host a community Talanoa (open-panel discussion) at 5:45pm to reflect on some of the themes raised in the film and explore how we can continue to uplift and support one another as a united community.
(Prizes will be read out after the Panel Talanoa)
This event will also mark the soft launch of Le Moana Pasifika Resource Hub Inc., a new not-for-profit initiative established in 2024. Our mission is to empower our communities through culturally responsive support, connection and leadership — creating pathways to thrive, not just survive.
