Lead, But Make It Hot: Listening & Confidence Skill Building

Lead, But Make It Hot is an informative workshop about the surprisingly complicated art of leading through listening. In this session we’ll learn how to: listen to ourselves (because we often don’t), listen to others in ways they feel understood, and lead with tools and skill-sets to help us get what we want from our team, clients, or the entire room.

This 2-hour session on Monday, November 9 is for people with lived experience in the sex trade. It begins at 2:30pm ET/1:30pm CT/12:30pm MT/11:30am PT.

Laci Lopez is a relational wellness specialist, facilitator, and movement instructor with more than a decade of experience creating engaging education around communication, connection, embodiment, and self-awareness. Her work draws from authentic relating, Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, movement, and trauma-informed peer support. Laci brings a direct, practical, and often playful approach to helping people move more, communicate clearly, and build effective interpersonal relationships.
