Lead with intent! For Teachers

Leadership is a journey made up of experiences in developing one’s emotional and social intelligence; most times without one’s knowledge of such growth in their character through daily experiences. Learning to manage one’s emotional wellbeing is the beginning of self-development, positive change and progress.

Once you have learnt how to master your emotions and have developed your character you will have earned the right to manage the emotions of others in a way that encourages strong connections, engagement and a collaborative effort to achieve success within a business. It’s important to understand how the development of your emotional and social intelligence contributes significantly to your story and how this will lead to revealing a higher purpose for your business.

In this workshop, we will explore different strategies to make the most of every life experience with a positive mental attitude at the forefront. Developing your character, your emotional and social intelligence will give you the confidence to separate yourself from the pack, have an entrepreneurial perspective on solving problems and lead with intent as you find the spark to your new-found journey.
