Leader Evolution Program Series 1 - 2027

In today's rapidly changing environment, conventional leadership approaches often fall short. Leadership Victoria's Leader Evolution Program is designed to equip mid-to-senior leaders who have 5+ years' experience with leadership capabilities required to navigate this uncertainty with confidence and purpose. 

In the 4-day program, participants will expand their leadership capacity, exploring adaptive leadership practices, developing the diagnostic skills to identify and address complex challenges. Through experiential learning and facilitated group work participants build both a toolkit and mindset to implement immediately for meaningful impact.

Designed to support a diverse cohort of leaders from business, government and community sectors, participants will learn from new perspectives and extend peer network.

In 2027, Leadership Victoria has extended this program from three to four days, acknowledging the time and space this cohort of often 'sandwiched' leaders require to commit to the development outcomes the program offers.

All workshops are in person and are held in Melbourne CBD.
