Leaders' Reset Day
Description
When did you last give yourself permission to stop, breathe, and think?
Leading an organisation rarely leaves time for the leader. The space to reconnect with why you started and where you're headed is hard to find in organisations of all sizes.
The Leaders' Reset Day is that space. Hosted by The Melting Pot in partnership with the Salisbury Centre, it's a restorative day away from the day-to-day for people who carry responsibility for others. A chance to slow down, reflect and reconnect with your own motivation, with the bigger picture and with a small group of peers who understand the weight of leadership.
True to how we work, this is a facilitated day rather than a series of talks. Drawing on The Melting Pot's social innovation approach, we'll create the conditions for honest reflection and fresh thinking: time to connect with others in the room, explore what's really on your mind, and leave with a little more clarity and energy than you arrived with. The Salisbury Centre is the perfect setting to reset, offering a place of calm, community and wellbeing in the heart of Edinburgh.
Numbers are deliberately kept small, so there's room to think, move and talk, spending time away from our usual screens.

About The Salisbury Centre
The Salisbury Centre is a community well-being hub, centrally located at the foot of Arthur's Seat.
Our mission is to offer a holistic and dynamic programme of activities – such as courses, workshops, lectures, meditations and one-to-one therapeutic work. Our intention is to provide an open, welcoming and accessible space to explore spiritual, psychological, and creative dimensions of being.
In 2023, The Salisbury Centre celebrated 50 years of welcoming all those who seek to develop themselves spiritually, psychologically, and creatively. This was a moment when we renewed our commitment to the original vision for the Centre formulated back in 1973:
"To offer a place of welcome, safety, warmth and community for all those who are seeking to grow and develop spiritually, psychologically and creatively in the company of others."
Our intention is to be a non-denominational space, inclusive of all spiritual traditions, and to create a place where those exploring their deepest nature can find and develop their own path
