About the course

Designed for those who are new to leadership, or are keen to develop some of the core skills you need to be effective in these kinds of roles. You’ll have the chance to explore your preferred leadership style, and to broaden your own practice. Covering key models and frameworks for excellent leadership, as well as practical strategies and tips to best support your people, and drive their performance.

The course runs over five 90 minute sessions, over an eight week time period to ensure time for reflection and practice between sessions.
