Gary leads the team that covers all aspects of the manufacture of Water Heaters, Electric, Gas, Heat Pump, Commercial and Solar panels for the Rheem business.

Manufacturing is conducted across 6 facilities throughout Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam.

His career began as an apprentice in Toolmaking as a First-Class Machinist, before moving to Land Rover. Here he progressed from CNC programmer/operator, through sales, technical support, Production Manager and Principal Engineer across all of the Engines and Transmissions manufacture and assembly.

A move to Australia in 2004, where he worked for Rheem’s Solahart and progressed through Projects, Engineering and Maintenance roles to Operations Manager in Western Australia. Then off to Vietnam to help build a new factory and set up a new manufacturing line and finally back to Australia to take up his current role for the last 7 years.
