Tim started work after leaving school as an Apprentice/Tradesman and went on to complete a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the past 36 years Tim has dedicated himself to growing what is now an iconic business, with the current manufacturing facility covering 22 000 square meter set on a 5 hectare site at Karawatha on the southern side of Brisbane, employing over 460 people.

The business believes not only in the development of the people but also over the last 6 years have had a particular focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement. They have invested heavily in Technology and Automation and are currently in the final stages of the installation of further equipment to drive efficiency.
