Human beings are complex creatures with many factors impacting our behaviours.
What are the key factors that impact upon engagement into our safety processes in the workplace and how can we improve upon them?
At this Safety Forum event, we will hear from our inspiring speakers as we explore this topic in detail.
We will engage, learn, and connect with people from other organisations and come away with an understanding on how to improve our own practices around safety engagement.

Adam Jadresic
Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing | Greencross Pet Wellness Company

In his current role Adam supports the Greencross leadership team in the delivery of all aspects of the health, safety and wellbeing function. Adam has a particular interest in improving the overall employee experience to support people be the best versions of themselves.
Prior to this, Adam has held various WHS leadership and consulting roles, having spent his early career in safety and rehabilitation within healthcare, emergency services, manufacturing and specialist safety management roles at Qantas. Adam holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Masters in OHS and a Graduate Certificate in Management

Anthony Willingham
Operations Manager, Orora Beverage Cans

Into his sixth year as Operations Manager at Orora, Anthony understands the challenges people face in a busy work environment. With an interest in the psychological aspect of safety he has direct experience in the program Orora have used to improve their employee’s thought processes around safety.
Helping People Switch-On to Safety
Anthony’s presentation will include.
- Sharing the program that Orora have adopted in their organisation.
- What is a mindset that is switched on to safety.
- Getting people focussed on safety at work and home.
- The framework that creates a safety mindset.

This event is ideal for the leaders of Safety and Operations within our membership.
As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event. This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
