Celebrate 50 Years of Leadership Everyone

Join us on Thursday, April 29, 2027, at 4:30 PM at Warehouse 410 for a milestone evening honoring five decades of leadership, connection, and community achievement.

Founded in 1976 as Leadership Evansville, we became Leadership Everyone in 2019 to reflect the inclusive, regional community that has always shaped our work. Whether you knew us as Leadership Evansville or know us today as Leadership Everyone, you are part of this story.

Reconnect with alumni, community partners, friends, and leaders from across our region as we celebrate the people, ideas, and collaborative action that have strengthened our communities over the last 50 years—and envision what we can grow together over the next 50.

Featuring Keynote Speaker Mark Ludy

Mark Ludy is the author and illustrator of The Flower Man, the beloved wordless picture book Leadership Everyone uses in VOICE, retreats, and other programs to explore servant leadership. Its story demonstrates how one person’s care and service can inspire meaningful change throughout an entire community.

The evening will also include special awards recognizing outstanding individuals, organizations, and initiatives that have contributed to our region’s progress.

Seating will be community-style, reflecting the welcoming and collaborative spirit of Leadership Everyone. Groups may sit together or spread out and mingle—we encourage new conversations and renewed connections.

Come as yourself! Business casual, festive, and flower-inspired attire are all welcome.

Tickets, Groups and Sponsorships

Individual tickets, group packages, and sponsorship opportunities are available. If a group or sponsor does not plan to use all included tickets, please let us know. With your permission, Leadership Everyone will make the remaining tickets available to community members who may need assistance attending.
