With a background in psychology and business, she brings a practical, people-focused approach to leadership development, helping leaders build confidence, strengthen communication, and lead more effectively in their day-to-day roles. Laura specialises in leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, and is known for her ability to quickly understand client needs and deliver sessions that are engaging, relevant, and outcomes-focused. Her workshops are grounded in real-world application, equipping leaders with simple, actionable tools they can use immediately. Outside of work, Laura is a passionate soccer mum, enjoys camping and caravanning whenever she can, and loves winding down with a good book. She lives by the beach and values maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle.
