Leadership in small community organisations is often defined by the positions and roles people play. 

Whilst it's important to have leaders in key positions on the boards of community organisations it is just as important to develop a culture of team leadership to sustain the energy and effectiveness of your organisation. 

Developing a shift from positional leadership to a dynamic team approach can be challenging but extremely rewarding for your organisation. This interactive workshop will explore insights into various leadership styles and discover how to implement them effectively in your community organisation.
