Having Difficult Conversations
One of the major causes of workplace issues is the tendency to avoid difficult conversations or providing others with constructive criticism/negative feedback. In this workshop, we will use the information in the DISC and EQ profiles to understand why some conversations are more difficult than others, formulate ways to engage with individuals for maximum impact as well as understand the formula for being able to diffuse emotions and have meaningful conversations for positive impact.
This workshop aims to provide supervisors, managers and leaders with the knowledge and skills to have difficult conversations in the workplace:
