Title: Building Healthy Staff Culture with a Humble Inquiry Process 

A two-part workshop for Montessori professionals that explores the Humble Inquiry process; a simple skill that can assure each relationship has a foundation in self-awareness and curiosity. Each workshop part has a two-hour instructional and interactive format.  

Part 1: Understanding and Practising the Humble Inquiry Process 

Inquiry (asking) creates the opportunity for hearing the other person’s story, for being silent and present. Being aware of how often we are telling allows us to shift our interactions with children and other adults and to foster growth and connection with our work and our communication as leaders. 

Part 2: Creating a Formative Feedback System Using Humble Inquiry.  

Everyone needs to grow and enhance their talents throughout their career.  The organisation needs to be an incubator of talent and foster a feedback-rich culture. Creating feedback loops that ask rather than tell builds trust and a healthy culture.
