Event description

Collaboration is at the heart of effective leadership. In this two-hour masterclass, Dame Jo Brosnahan will guide you through the leadership capabilities that enable true collaboration - within organisations, across communities, and with stakeholders.

Drawing on her extensive leadership and governance experience, Dame Jo will explore how to:

  • Build trust and shared purpose across diverse groups

  • Break down silos to co-design effective solutions

  • Harness whanaungatanga (relationships), manaakitanga (care and respect), and kotahitanga (unity) to create lasting impact

In an era of complex challenges, collaborative leadership offers the path to innovative partnerships and collective solutions. Join us for an inspiring and practical session that will expand your leadership toolkit and help you weave collaboration into the way you lead.
