Leadership Toolkit Session

Join us for our monthly Leadership Toolkit Session, presented by Appello Partners.

During this lunch-and-learn style webinar, you will learn a practical leadership tool you can immediately apply to your work and your life. The goal is to equip each of us with a power tool or two that helps us do the heavy lifting in leading ourselves well and in leading others well too.

October's Toolkit Session will feature the Communicating Vision tool paired with Building The Bridge - both aimed at improving the way we work with others on our team, especially when we process and communicate things differently.

Good leadership doesn't have to be complicated, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. With effort, intention, and helpful tools or frameworks, we are able to elevate our skills and competencies in showing up and acting as a leader that fights for the good of others. Of course, good leadership always starts with self, so that's where we will begin in this toolkit session.
