As part of GGA's 2025 Capacity Building Program, this bespoke 2-day leadership training aims to enhance the leadership skills and boost impact of staff and committee members serving within the GGA network, not-for-profit group context.

If you are in a paid staff or volunteer committee/board leadership role, this workshop will progress your leadership skills in all areas, translating to higher impact.

Exclusive to the GGA network, 20 places are available.

This training is designed for staff or volunteer committee and board members currently in leadership roles who want to strengthen their knowledge and skills to improve their performance.

Ideal participants include Executive Officers and Chairs, but it’s also relevant for those in Research Officer roles managing a small team or a committee member leading a board sub-committee.

Alongside fellow GGA members operating in a similar context, you will be immersed in a two-day shared learning experience facilitated by renowned extension facilitator Jeanette Long of Ag Consulting Co. from South Australia, who has been delivering leadership training tailored to the agricultural industry for over 20 years.

A minimum of 20 attendees are required for this training to go ahead.
