For leaders to lead well, they need to recognise and understand when their own wellbeing is compromised.
This workshop guides leaders through the fundamental factors that contribute to high stress on the job, and how to recognise signs of stress within themselves, and know what to do when stress becomes overwhelming.
Participants will develop their own plan to manage stress effectively as it arises so they can sustain energy, prevent burnout, and improve their wellbeing.
Held live via Zoom at 10am on Thursday 9 October.
Managers, leaders, and aspiring leaders are encouraged to attend.
