Leading Digital Workshop
Tools for non-technical leaders in a digital world
Modern leaders don’t need to be technologists, but they do need to lead teams in a digitally enabled world and make decisions about technology.
The Leading Digital Workshop helps leaders build the confidence they need through practical tools, clear frameworks, and relatable examples. No jargon, no overwhelm.
Over three live online sessions, you’ll learn how to:
Understand your organisation’s digital capability and where to focus effort
Ask better questions about technology opportunities and risks
Build alignment between strategy, people, and digital initiatives
Create a 90-day action plan to strengthen digital leadership in your role
Designed for not-for-profit and purpose-driven leaders, this program provides a safe and engaging environment to explore technology from a leadership perspective. You’ll leave with new insights, shared language, and the confidence to lead in a digital environment — without needing to be a tech expert.
Our workshops are capped at 12 participants, allowing for rich conversation, practical insights, and the confidence that comes from learning alongside peers who share similar challenges.
