Event description

A masterclass for women ready to move from burnout to bountiful — and lead from the deep well of their own alignment.

You give so much to others — but is your own cup running dry? This masterclass is an invitation to reconnect with your wellspring: the part of you that knows how to replenish, restore, and realign. Through somatic practices, reflective exploration, and nervous system-informed tools, you'll begin to shift from leading on empty to leading with integrity, vitality, and embodied purpose.

Together, we'll explore:

  • How to recognise when you're leading from depletion vs. alignment

  • Somatic strategies to reconnect with your body’s wisdom

  • What “living in alignment with your aliveness” actually feels like

  • Embodying boundaries, communicating clearly

  • Begin to gently unearth the stories, roles, and systemic pressures that keep women — especially in caring and professional roles — stuck in cycles of pressure, overgiving, and depletion.

  • Reclaim your worth, your pace, and your power.

  • Practical ways to replenish your internal resources while still showing up for others

This is leadership not from the surface — but from the source.

Tap into your body’s innate wisdom as your guide for leadership and life

A space to reset for women who hold so much.

About your facilitators:

About Sarita Sloane
Yoga Therapist • Integrative Somatic Occupational Therapist • Retreat Facilitator

Sarita Sloane is a Yoga Therapist and Integrative Somatic Occupational Therapist who weaves together science, spirit, and embodied practice. Founder of a thriving multiple six-figure OT practice based in Noosa, Queensland, Sarita supports a diverse range of NDIS clients through evidence-based somatic therapy, assistive technology, home modifications, and strength-based mental health care.

With deep experience working alongside adults navigating Parkinson’s Disease, neurological conditions, trauma, mental health diagnoses, and neurodivergence, Sarita brings a trauma-informed lens and a nervous system–centred approach to functional participation and rehabilitation.

Her clinical work is infused with creativity — using music, voice, Kirtan, nature-based rituals, and expressive arts as pathways to healing. She is passionate about co-regulation, sensory integration, and empowering clients and fellow therapists to reconnect with their inner vitality.

Beyond the therapy room, Sarita is a surfer, song carrier, and mother, often found bushwalking with her family or holding sacred space in medicine song circles. Her true joy lies in helping other practitioners discover and express their unique gifts through somatic embodiment and conscious leadership.

Sarita Sloane (Masters of Occupational Therapy; Grad Cert. Yoga Therapy; BAppSc; Cert. Transpersonal counselling; Somatic therapist)
Creator of "Rest, Reset and Rise Retreat"; "The Embodied OT" mentoring program and co-creator of "The Wellspring retreat" with Willow Pryor.

About Willow Pryor:

Willow Pryor is a women's leadership & life coach, somatic bodyworker, and transformative facilitator with a deep commitment to helping women navigate life's pivotal transitions. Drawing on over two decades of experience across futures thinking, holistic therapy, community facilitation, and women's empowerment, she brings a rare blend of insight, presence, and compassion to her work.

As a feminine futurist, Willow supports women to reimagine success, reconnect with the rhythms of their body, and lead from a place of soul-aligned wisdom rather than depletion. Her approach integrates embodiment, breath, storytelling, and systemic awareness to help participants shift old patterns, reclaim their voice, and reconnect with their own deep knowing.

Willow is the creator of the WILD Feminine Futures & WOMBAN frameworks – a regenerative alternative to the WEIRD paradigm – which invites women into deeper alignment with their innate wisdom, creativity, and power. Through her offerings, she gently guides clients to reconnect with their wild nature, step beyond linear, outdated models of success, and awaken their capacity for embodied, wise leadership.

A mother and multidimensional guide, Willow has worked across the health, disability, education, and wellbeing sectors, supporting individuals and teams to create sustainable, heart-led change. She is passionate about restoring balance in the way we lead, live, and care – beginning with the body.

Outside of her work, Willow finds joy in nature, dance, mythology and following the WILD WOMBAN way of deep listening & attunement with the pulse of life. She is co-creator of The Wellspring Retreat alongside Sarita Sloane, where she brings her gifts in somatic storytelling, futures visioning, and embodied recalibration to women ready to realign with their truest path.
