What does it mean to lead from the emerging future?

Over 5 weeks, Futurist & Facilitator Amanda Reeves will guide your small group as we explore leadership as a practice of shaping the future.

Based on the work of Otto Scharmer and u.lab, this method deepens your capacity to truly listen, helps you access the wisdom and experience of others, and feel your way forward on an important and immediate leadership challenge of your own.

Each week focuses on a challenge shared by a member of the circle. Over the course of the 5 weeks, all members have an opportunity to listen deeply to what comes up for them, share their reflections, and explore potential paths forward.

This circle meets on Zoom each Thursday for 5 weeks, starting March 16th 2023 and ending April 13th 2022, from 17:30pm - 19:00pm AEST (view in your time zone).

I’m not officially a 'leader', can I still join?

I take the view that leadership is a capability - something we do, not a position title.

This circle is for you if you want to increase your agency to affect change and hone your ability to spot pathways forward, regardless of how your position description reads.

Why does the price vary?

I believe this work is valuable for everyone.

I also believe that there is great inequity in the way work is compensated.

I've chosen to use sliding scale pricing as a small, imperfect gesture towards creating greater balance in making this work accessible to all. While everyone receives the same experience, there are tiers of pricing accompanied by a rough description of the work suited for that pricing. You are welcome to choose the price tier that best reflects your present capacity.
